1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Calm Sounds Sleep Meditation ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The App offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

  • Monthly Premium Subscription: $2.99 USD per month
  • Yearly Premium Subscription: $24.99 USD per year

2.2 Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase
  • Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

3. License to Use

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
  • All audio content is licensed for personal use only

4. Content and Intellectual Property

  • All content in the App, including audio files, text, and graphics, is owned by us or our licensors
  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without permission
  • The App name, logo, and design are trademarks of Dolphin Studio

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or modify the App
  • Share your subscription access with others
  • Use the App in a way that could damage or overload our services

6. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain the App's availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time
  • Some features may require an internet connection

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
  • The App is not a medical device and should not replace professional medical advice

8. Refunds

Refund requests should be made through the App Store, as per Apple's standard refund policy. We do not directly process refunds.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use in the App and updating the "Last updated" date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Dolphin Studio is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
